For those with pain, mental illness, depressive anxiety even small tasks can appear impossible.

Getting out of bed is the hardest bit, after that it gets easier.

When you’re battling with a problem or you’re feeling blue
then there’s just four things that you gotta do.
You might not like it, you might find it hard –
but if you make it a habit then you will go far.
If the times are hopeless and you don’t know what to do,
